The five have enrolled in top tertiary institutions including, the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) Ho, in the Volta regional Capital of Ghana; Ada College of Education in Ada, Greater Accra Region; Siakwa Nurses and Health Assistants Training College in the Eastern Region and the Ghana Institute of Journalisms in Accra Ghana.

Trans4orm Network, Ghana, continues to transform the lives of hitherto deprived and depressed youth with its Educational scholarship scheme christened, the Giringo Scholarship after the founder and CEO’s late father who was nicknamed Giringo. By December 2017, the scholarship after only 3 years of establishement, has seen the graduation of two Nurses from leading Nursing training Colleges in Ghana, one Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Professional Studies (UPS) in Accra.

infoFIVE MORE NEEDY YOUNG WOMEN GAIN TRANS4ORM EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP
Trans4orm Network - Ghana has awarded 5 more young and needy women educational scholarships to enter tertiary institutions in Ghana to realize their dreams. The five have enrolled in top tertiary institutions including, the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS) Ho, in the Volta regional Capital of Ghana; Ada College of Education in Ada, Greater Accra Region; Siakwa Nurses and Health Assistants Training College in the Eastern Region and the Ghana Institute of Journalisms in Accra Ghana. The scholarship christened “Giringo Scholarship”, after the late father of the founder of Trans4orm Mr. Johanes Azumah a.k.a Giringo, will provide tuition and Student Representative Council (SRC) fees through out the study period of the prospective students. The beneficiary young women include: Fortune Dagadzi, 19, who has enrolled in a 4-year Bsc. Nursing course at UHAS. Vivian Gademor, 24, has enroleed in a 3-year Diploma in Education at the Ada College of Education whilst Alberta Agyeman, 23, pursues a 2-year certificate in Health Assistant course. Miss Evelyn Adass, 21 and 24-year old Precious Emefa have been offered the scholarship but will commence their Bachelors at the Ghana Institute of Journalism and the University College of Education at Winneba next academic respectively. So far three other young women have already benefited from the scholarship since 2011. They include Hannah Tachlim who has graduated from the Snr. High School after enjoying the scholarship from the Junior High school through to the senior high school. Martha Akorli who also graduated this year from the St. Kizito Technical School in Mepe in the Volta region of Ghana and is about to establish her own Arts studio to practice what she learnt in school The Giringo Educational Scholarship like all other projects by the organization, is funded solely from the personal savings of the founder of Trans4orm Ghana, Mr. Vincent Azumah upon the request of his dying father in 2011. Other projects supported by Trans4orm are the youth livelihood and skills development project, Youth Peace Education and empowerment project which includes entrepreneurship and seed capital support, musical production and a yet to commence Mother and Child Health Monitoring Scheme. There are presently a total of 106 young people who are members of Trans4orm Ghana and have either benefitted from capacity building or are on a waiting list to be supported to meet their dreams. Each of the young people supported would in turn also support at least one needy young person when they start earning income in whatever field they find themselves.
